Return & Shipping Policy
Shipping is made simple! All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS and include a tracking number sent directly to your inbox. We process orders Monday through Friday (weekend orders are processed starting Monday).

- Orders $75+: FREE Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)

You can opt in for return shipping coverage at checkout for a minimal fee. A ll items MUST be unworn and smoke-free with tags attached . Simply follow the link in your email to generate a return shipping label. If you opt out of return shipping coverage, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will issue a store credit or exchange (no refunds) and are happy to find something that you will love. All returns must be sent back within 14 days of receipt. We do not cancel orders or offer returns on any merchandise discounted more than 30%.

Keep Your Fashion Jewelry Dry & Tarnish-Free
Don't wash dishes or do laundry with your jewelry on. Many cleaning products strip the finish because of harsh chemicals.
Don't wear it in the pool or spa. Chlorinated water reacts with the metals and can change your jewelry's color.
Don't use jewelry cleaner. Cleaner made for silver, gold, or platinum is far too harsh for plated fashion jewelry.
Don't apply lotion or perfume with jewelry on. Anything not 100% natural can react unfavorably with your pieces.
In short, keep jewelry away from: water, dish soap, lotion, perfume, silver cleaner & other harsh chemicals.
Last On, First Off. Put jewelry on after your clothes and take it off before — so chains don't catch and break.
Remove it during activities like laundry, cooking, or gardening to avoid damage and chemicals.
Put it on after hairspray & makeup to keep harsh chemicals off.
Store It Properly
Keep pieces secure in a box or silk/velvet pouch, wrap them in anti-tarnish paper (or an eyeglass cloth), and squeeze the air out of a Ziploc to prevent oxidation.
