Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you within any of our messages. FINAL SALE ITEMS:
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for store credit:

- Monograms and Decals
DISCOUNT CODES:
Discount codes exclude some of our exclusive luxury brands for example Birkenstock, UGG, ENewton among others.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING:
In order to receive packages by Christmas, orders must be placed by Tuesday, December 17th by 11:59PM CST in order to receive by Christmas. (Once the package has left the Southern Roots shipping facility your order will be in the control of USPS or UPS). We will continue to ship after December 17th as quickly as possible but cannot guarantee arrival by Christmas per USPS and UPS.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Southern Roots is NOT liable for USPS First Class Mail, priority, and UPS packages that are lost or stolen and will not offer a refund or replacement of merchandise. USPS and UPS packages are insured up to $100 if lost or stolen. If you have an issue with a lost or stolen package you must call your local post office and file a claim or go to USPS.gov to file your claim.
