Jumbo Confetti Balloon - Halloween

It's gigantic! Paperboy's high quality confetti balloons are a popular decoration for any event, and this one is super big in size and impact. Each retail-ready pack contains one jumbo 36" clear balloon, filled with confetti. We machine cut our confetti from premium grade tissue paper and mylar, for crisp edges and rich color.
